This information is provided by Ad Artem S.r.l., in accordance with the provisions of art. 13 of the EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter the ""Regulation""), illustrates for what purposes we will process your data - as defined below -, how we will manage them, to whom we can possibly communicate them and what are your rights.

Ad Artem collects and processes the following categories of personal and particular data (the ""Data""):

Your data will be processed exclusively for the following purposes:
- completion of the requested cultural service;
- management of the contractual relationship;

Artem has as its objective the protection of the data it acquires, basing their treatment on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency. Your data will be processed through the use of tools and procedures suitable for ensuring maximum security and confidentiality, mainly through IT and telematic means and tools.

5. Any recipients or categories of recipients of the Data
Your data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients, located within the European Union, as well as within the limits set out in the following art. 6:
- to the management and managers, as well as to the guides appointed by Ad Artem, as well as to the staff of public bodies through which the service offered is carried out and, for the sole purpose of carrying out the same
- third party suppliers of assistance and consultancy services with reference to the activities of the technological, accounting-administrative, legal, insurance, Information Technology sectors (by way of example only);
- subjects and authorities whose right of access to the Data is expressly recognized by law, regulations or provisions issued by the competent authorities; Photos, videos and audio recordings relating to the activities and services can be published on the Ad Artem website.

6. Data retention period or criteria used to determine this period
Your data will be kept, starting from their receipt / update, for the period necessary for the pursuit of the purposes for which they were collected in this information. The Data Controller is authorized to keep the data acquired in its databases, with the express prohibition of communicating the same to third parties and for the sole purpose of carrying out the requested service and within the terms indicated in this information, without prejudice to the right of the interested party to request the cancellation of the aforementioned data at any time.
